VoxATC X
A real pilots training add-on for VoxATC X Universal. Now for the first time, when you are flying in UK airspace you can speak to UK
ATC. Just as when you are flying in US airspace you speak to US ATC.
Talk to ATC using standard phraseology and receive the appropriate
instructions/ information.
Standard UK phraseology used in UK ATC exchange; 'decimal' in frequency settings,
'pass your message' and 'ready for departure' are just a few examples.
* QNH / QFE altimeter settings in millibars.
* Flight Information Service units at the appropriate airports using FIS
phraseology.
* Air-Ground units at the appropriate airports using A/G phraseology.
* LARS (Lower Airspace Radar Service).
* MATZ (Military Air Traffic Zone) penetration.
* Enroute emergency and urgency (pan).
* DACS (danger area crossing service).
* FIR (flight information regions) providing enroute FIS (flight information
service).
* Visible AI traffic. Press a button on your
joystick and you can actually ASK for clearances, get traffic information and
much more. You get two (2) licensed
copies of AT&T 32 bit natural voices included in the Vox ATC version purchased at the Pilot Shop, a $70.00
Value! If
you fly in the USA under either Instrument Flight Rules, IFR or Visual Flight
Rules VFR, the style of ATC is the American FAA rules. If flying in
Europe the rules of the JAA will apply. Vox ATC follows the actual
flight rules for flying visually in the UK as laid down in CAP 413 and in the
US by the FAR/AIM. Vox ATC shows you who to talk to, what to say, and on what frequency, in a
translucent gauge while you fly FSX. Get the WHOLE flying
experience with Vox ATC UK. Vox ATC is suitable for both enthusiasts and real
pilots. Works great with Voice Buddy interactive voice control for Flight Simulator for a completely hands-free experience. *NOTE*
VoxATC X (the current version) only works with FSX.
It will NOT work with any other FS version.
The prior version worked with FS2004 but it is no longer in production.
