If you fly in the USA under either Instrument Flight Rules, IFR or Visual Flight Rules VFR, the style of ATC is the American FAA rules. If flying in Europe the rules of the JAA will apply. Vox ATC follows the actual flight rules for flying visually in the UK as laid down in CAP 413 and in the US by the FAR/AIM.
