An affordable Instructor Station finally at your grasp!
The Instructor Station is meant to assist PC Simmers and Cockpit Builders using
Flight Simulator (FS2004, FSX). Also many features are available for Project
Magenta users (Boeing 737 & Airbus A320 series suites). Compatible with all
types of aircraft within FS !
The Instructor Station allows you to set your aircraft on approach to a runway
of your choice under any weather conditions, start-up and shutdown your network
computers (fully customizable), program or set an aircraft systems failure at
any moment, calculate the amount of fuel required for your trip and load it to
the aircraft, record the performance of your flight (landings, take-offs, etc.)
and plot it graphically, and many other things!
It can work either on the Flight Simulator PC or on a Remote PC (using WideFS).
Compare to it's main competitors: OUR Instructor Station includes the same
features or more, and it's price is more than 10 times lower than the cheapest
of them! Plus, it is usable by the entire flight simulation community, not just
only cockpit builders !!!
Main Features: This program has the following main features: - Enables setting the aircraft at any desired position: on an approach to a
selected runway, ready to intercept the ILS or holding position on ground for
entering a runway, etc. - Set weather environment to virtually any possible scenario, including CAT I
through CAT IIIc conditions, night, day, dawn & dusk, etc. -Create failures at a certain time or instantly: ·Control surfaces: ailerons, rudder, elevator, block flaps, spoilers and
gear.
·Engine failures
·Instrument & display failures
·Hydraulic system failures, electrical failures, air conditioning & fuel
failures (including tank leaks!). -Save challenging situations (approaches, take-offs, etc.) and share with
fellow pilots!
-Quick and automatic aircraft start-up.
-Quick Simulator PCs start-up & shutdown.
-Allows full external control the Flight Simulator - ideal for a cockpit
instructor station.
-Monitor and log your performance for executed approaches, take-offs, etc.
Variables that can be tracked include: ·Position (latitude & longitude)
·Altitude & Height
·Speeds (IAS, TAS, GS)
·Reference speeds (flaps full & clean configuration stall speeds)
·Pitch, Bank & Side Slip
·True & Magnetic Headings
·Elevator Trim position
·G-Forces
·Engine parameters (N1, N2, ...) -All these variables can be plotted against elapsed time or against distance
to runway threshold. -Runway Approach plots (vertical & horizontal). -Create performance reports in PDF, with max min and average values of
variables. -Export flight path & navaids to Google Earth (KML file), allowing further
performance assessment in 3D and with real satellite imagery (Google Earth
features). -Enables control of the First Officer QNH settings by adjusting only the
Captain QNH (project magenta). -Enables Synchronizing the Flight Simulator time with the system PC time. -Works on any WideFS connected PC. And many, many more…
Requirements:
-System requirements: This program has been tested to work on a machine with the
following characteristics:
·Pentium III, 800MHz
·256 MHz RAM.
·15 MB minimum hard disk space.
-Microsoft Windows XP (probably works on other operating systems, but currently
not supported).
-Microsoft .NET Framework version 3.5 (click here: download @ Microsoft).
-Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (many features work on FS2002 & about all on
FSX, but these are currently not supported).
-Registered copy of FSUIPC (and WideFS for allowing remote operation).
-Project Magenta for related features. PM Boeing 737 and Airbus 320 series
suites: Glass Cockpit, pmSystems, FCU/MCP & MCDU/CDU.
-Network Card (will require Wake-On-LAN compatibility for network related
features).
-Google Earth, or another 3D earth browser (geobrowser) implementing the KML
encoding, for related features. Please note - This product
requires manual activation via email. For FS2004 and FSX. |
