I have to say that I work in Malpensa as an ATCO so I can be quite picky when it comes to realism on my home airport.
The visual part of this scenery is quite good, while a lot more details can be added to make it even better. If you ever used ISD project LIMC scenery for FS2004 you know what I'm talking about.
After saying this, i need to advise you that on y not high-end system, this scenery can anyhow slow-down my frame-rate.
The airport layout badly needs an update: the ILS for rwy 17L changed frequency more than 2 years ago, and this solves the problem that in FSX 35R and 17L have the same frequency, the parking structure did the same, taxiway W has been extended north to the threshold of rwy 17R, and GS Aviation general aviation apron has been reworked and extended.
Most of the parking numbers are completely a work of fantasy, and someone should explain me why should I park a Gulfstream, a Citation or a C-172 at a jetway gate. Yes, most of the jetway parking are assigned to General aviation.
All of these changes took place at least 1 year before the scenery was released, and only a handful few of them needed to rework the visual part of it, while most of them needed only minor modifications of the Afcad file, a task that can be completed in a short time.
The designers seem to have done only a minor research on this project, while doing a short research online they could have found updated charts and everything else needed to do a good job.
In short: if you want a pretty realistic but very very outdated rendition of this beautiful airport, this is the way to go. But it will leave you asking for a lot more.
