FSFlyingschool has always been my favorite addon for my flightsimulator. It just gives the simulator a touch of class.
With FSFlyingschool you got a program that would guide you though the different aircrafts, to optimize your flyingskills, and believe me they have.
Now - with the C172 detail pack, this just got tenfold better. Not not only does FSFlyingSchool 2009 recognize my plane, but when I fly a Cessna 172 - ANY Cessna 172, the pack kicks in and gives me solid aircraft specific hints, help and information, that makes me feel so at home in the little airplane, that I feel poor when entering other planes.
It is supervalue for the money, under $10, and will make you spend waaay too much time in the C172.
Rotation speed, landing speeds, flap speeds, stallspeeds, startup/shutdown sequences, checklists...... all you need to know to fly this bird properly, and much much more.
The C172 detail pack - serious flying just got a lot more serious.
