Shipping Fees Start at Just $3.95
The Flightsim.com Pilot Shop ships from Florida, USA. We use FedEx and US Postal Service for shipping and all items are insured against loss or damage. Shipping costs start at just $3.95. If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us immediately. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that shipments may be subject to any applicable local taxes.

Same Day Order Processing
Orders received before 3 PM Eastern Time, USA (UTC -5) on a business day will typically ship the same day. GoFlight, Precision Flight Controls and certain other hardware may require additional production time. All shipping periods are typically counted as working days, not calendar days.
Payment Methods
We offer direct processing of major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer Paypal payment options where you can pay by eCheck, credit card, debit card, including foreign credit cards such as Switch, Maestro and others. If you wish to mail us a payment, please download and print the mail-order form here. Payment must be received before items are shipped.
Satisfaction Guarantee
With the exception of opened/unboxed software, downloaded software, or special order items when noted, the Pilot Shop provides a full refund for any purchase that does not provide complete customer satisfaction. Defective software will be exchanged for the same item only. The buyer must obtain prior approval in the form of a Return Authorization before returning merchandise. All returns must occur within 30 days of purchase. Open and/or used items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price. Merchandise must be in new and working condition with all packaging, documentation and other original equipment accessories when returned. Buyer may be assessed a fee up to the full purchase amount for missing items. All returned checks or failed bank transfers are subject to a $25 fee. |
