This is the value of lifetime! Don't let the price put you off. Ant is one of the most talented flightsim developers out there. AFAIK there is no "team". He does most, in not all of the work himself.
The T-28 is most of the most flown aircraft in my virtual hangar. Strap in to the Royal Lao Air Force attack version at Long Tieng and go fly ground support Vang Pao's Hmong soldiers in the Highlands.
